Accepted submissions are stored in our WordPress database and may be sent to our sales mailbox. Records are retained until they are no longer needed for commercial follow-up or legal obligations.

We share inquiry information only with service providers and business partners needed to evaluate or fulfill your request, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
